Update Select Typeahead example #10180

Update this example: https://www.patternfly.org/components/menus/select/#typeahead (and other typeahead variants too), address these:

1. Arrow down/up keeps activeItem, then when tabbing on toggleIcon and opening menu with enter, another option gets focused, but the previous activeItem has the same „highlight“ styling
, only the focused one should be highlighted
2. „No results option“ should be aria-disabled
3. Clicking on textInput should only open the menu, not close (unless it is empty, then it is ok to close)
4. After picking an option, then deleting the text, check icon stays on the option -- it should not be there

Then use the examples as a base for: #10113.

TODO:

• isAriaDisabled prop in MenuItem could be replaced by native aria-disabled prop, I just spent couple of minutes figuring out why aria-disabled does not apply disabled styling, or maybe there is a purpose for that, I don't know
