Add support for Nix #231
Description
The current code doesn't support Nix.
Although the PURL syntax for Nix has not yet been formally verified or merged into the specification (See package-url/purl-spec#877), the core structure is largely settled. Only the qualifier details may still need refinement, which should not prevent us from beginning the implementation.

Since Nix is not a central repository, packages are hosted in different locations, making it difficult to determine their direct download URLs. The fetching logic will be handled at aboutcode-org/fetchcode#201
