Debian: install x11proto-dev instead of xorgproto - #8630

xorgproto is the source package name. apt on Debian 13 stops with "Unable to locate package xorgproto". x11proto-dev is the binary package on bullseye, bookworm, trixie, and sid. Fixes openframeworks#8481.
