using github copilot > gpt-4.1 i got the following error:

AI_APICallError: prompt token count of 146270 exceeds the limit of 128000

i was working in an ansible project using the latest version of opencode (0.2.18)

the last command it executed was fetching some package list from debian; i suspect the response was too long.
