description_to_none_provenance / description_to_none_trustedPublisher currently read as "{…} siz". In Uzbek, standalone "siz" means "you" (the "-siz" suffix means "without"), so this ends up changing the meaning compared to the source string ("published without …"). Please adjust these translations to clearly convey "without {provenance}" / "without {trustedPublishing}" and avoid the standalone "siz" word.

Uzbek is one of the widely spoken Turkic languages (~35M speakers), and there was no Uzbek locale in npmx yet. This PR adds Uzbek (Latin script) - the primary writing system used in Uzbekistan.
