[Firefox] Support links to a line of source code #1971

Describe the bug
In Firefox:

Open this link in a new tab: https://npmx.dev/package-code/stylelint/v/17.4.0/types%2Fstylelint%2Findex.d.ts#L284. The scroll is at the top.

Click on URL field and press Enter. The scroll is at line 284, but the line is hidden by the header.

Copy URL, open a new tab, paste URL and press Enter. The scroll is at line 284 (which is centered).
Additional context
In Firefox, when the page is opened from a link in a new tab: there is no scroll animation to position the page at the requested line.

I still have the problem. Here is a video to show it (with a new Firefox profile without extensions). I also reproduced the problem on Windows, still using Firefox.
