Show Only Recent Open Collective Supporters

We should implement a condition for the last transfer made by a supporter in Open Collective: if a supporter's last transfer was made within the past 6 months (or another specified number of months), they should be included in the list shown on the page. If not, they shouldn’t be displayed, so that the list shows only the most recent contributions rather than the entire history.

I think showing the sponsors in order of how recent their sponsorship was, up to a max # makes more sense. Then, the list will never be empty

Would this affect #8199 too?

I don't feel comfortable defining boundaries for supporters. We don't start erasing folks from https://github.com/nodejs/nodejs.org/graphs/contributors after a certain amount of time.

At extremes, I know there are some neutral to bad actors that only use this for link / SEO farming, but it's too early to implement this in my opinion.
