Build fails due to `cpus().length === 0`

I want to install isolated-vm, but when I try to install it, it wants to build. When it tries that, it fails, because make requires a positive integer argument.

Maybe it would be a good fallback to use 1 in case the length is 0?

Additional config

To get this error on an android device using termux, you have to install nodejs, ndk-sysroot, make, clang, binutils. Also, a ~/.gyp/include.gypi file has to be created with the following contents:

What operating system is running on this machine?

This seems like an upstream bug in os.cpus(). Are you able to replicate this result outside of node-gyp?

Can you run cat /proc/cpuinfo?

What is the output of node -e 'console.log(require("os").cpus())'? I see that it's an empty array when run in the context of node-gyp and I want to confirm that's the case when run directly with node as well.

This does seem like it could be an upstream Node that would be worth reporting. And at the same time is worthwhile for us to guard against with the || 1 check.
