Trackpad swipe left/right for back/forward navigation doesn't work #1161

How to reproduce the issue:

1. Open any document page.
2. Swipe left or right on the trackpad.

Actual result: Nothing happens. The swipe doesn't trigger back or forward navigation.
Expected result: Swiping left or right on the trackpad should go back or forward in the browser history.
