[Feature] automatically add or enable packageManager only in certain projects. #664

There are many local projects from different repos. Not all repos are willing to use corepack, but some monorepo projects must use the package management tool of corepack-restricted projects.

The problem this comming: when I enable corepack for some project, but I have some repo that doesn't need it. Then when I yarn install or pnpm install, corepack automatically adds the packageManager field to the project, destroying the original project configuration.

I hope there is a configuration option that does not automatically add the packageManager field when corepack is enabled.
