Resigning as TSC chair

We mentioned a while back that the Red Hat Node.js team was moving over to IBM in #1699

That move happended on July 1st and I was not part of the move.

The result is that I've found a new role within Red Hat and will no longer be contributing to Node.js as part of my role. This happened faster than I expected (just confirmed last Thursday).

I don't plan to disappear completely and should be able to help if needed with access to things (like zoom) but I do think I should step down as TSC chair and we should run a new election so that we have an active Chair/Co-chair.

You are a very reasonable and level-headed member in this project and the project benefited a lot from your involvement as part of your role. I hope you find time to keep contributing and don't forget that even if you don't have as much time to contribute day-to-day your opinion is still very valued here.

To start I'll need to focus on my role so may be less available that I might be later on. If I'm needed to unblock something or for some reason seem to be the only one who remembers how to do/get at something or some historical context is needed feel free to reach out.

I'm sure I'll cross paths with many of you again as I'm always surprised how small a world it turns out to be :)
