Client disconnected problem #93

Thanks for the great package!

Describe the bug
I encountered a problem when reloading a tab on the same localhost port (the port is set via an environment variable) the connection with the nodeplotlib server is broken and the server logs client disconnect. It turns out to work only by opening a new tab each time.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Run the nodeplotlib server
2. Go to http://localhost:{{port}}
3. Shutdown the server
4. Run again
5. Reload tab on http://localhost:{{port}}
6. The client disconnected and the server shut down by itself 🫠

Expected behavior
The server should work with same tab after stopping
