Cherry-pick of upstream 588d32e (pingdotgg#16903 haiku-5-5-manifest) onto the fork stack. The bundled model manifest gains claude-haiku-5-5 with its effort and context-window options, the haiku, opus and sonnet aliases move to Haiku 5.5, Opus 5.5 and Sonnet 5.5, and Sonnet 5 and Opus 5 become legacy. The Nightly runs with provider update checks off, so it never fetches the remote manifest and needs the bundled copy to list Haiku 5.5. Drop this layer when upstream-main moves past 588d32e.
