What Changed
Carries pingdotgg#15413 by @BeLazy167. With the Working section on, a thread whose agent ended its turn with a background command still running now stays in Working instead of dropping into the inbox. Failed runs, approvals, questions and ready plans still keep the thread in the inbox.
Why
isThreadWorkingonly counted background work that parks the runtime, and commands stopped doing that, so a thread waiting on a background command looked finished. Drop this layer at the refresh after pingdotgg#15413 merges upstream.UI Changes
