After client initialization, report the effective allowed directories and their source (server arguments or client-provided MCP Roots). When the client provides no usable roots, report that the current directories are retained and print the effective state, including when no directories are configured.
This keeps existing access-control behavior unchanged while making the final state easier for operators to diagnose.
A targeted filesystem test run is in progress; results will be added when available.
