Documents the last six non-experimental features with examples (audio tool results, resource-template reading, resource-argument completion, ping, and the legacy HTTP+SSE non-goal) so all 48 are covered, and updates ROADMAP.md to reflect that all SEP-1730 Tier 1 requirements are now met.
