Fixes #648 by updating both conformance pins to
0.2.0-alpha.12and addingauth/resource-mismatchto the 2026 client baseline. The older runner falsely passed when the client stopped at the initial 401 without fetching protected resource metadata; updating the pins and baseline together avoids a stale-baseline failure. This follows @aton-of-data's diagnosis.
