Fixes dotnet/docs#54713.

The main changes include improved explanations, more consistent terminology, and better formatting for tables and lists.

General documentation improvements:

• Reformatted tables in apps.md and getting-started.md for better readability and consistency.
• Improved explanations and language for clarity, such as replacing ambiguous phrases and making instructions more direct in apps.md, cancellation.md, capabilities.md, completions.md, and elicitation.md.

Theming and style consistency:

• Updated examples to use consistent phrasing (e.g., "for example," instead of "e.g.").

Improved lists and section organization:

• Reformatted lists and sections for better structure, including changing bullet points to tables where appropriate and clarifying step-by-step instructions.
