Add support for C++ IntelliCode

WE NEED C/CPP INTELLICODE!
It was avaliable on VS for nearly 2 years.
Why not transplant it to VScode?

We've talked about it. You appear to be the 1st person to ask for it. We try to prioritize features to add based on the amount of user requests, etc.. This might be easier to port from VS after we do more cross-plat work to support other higher priority features.

Also waiting for this one and Doxygen comments support. It is gonna be epic if we (C/C++ devs) have these features on VSCode.
