Runtime package doesn't render icon

The runtime package doesn't seem to render the right icon:

Maybe, but not sure where package manager gets the URL from.

I checked the nuspec for the runtime and the icon URL is pointing to https://raw.githubusercontent.com/microsoft/botframework-sdk/master/icon.png (which is not 100% right because we renamed master to main but it still renders a png).

@pavolum/ @benbrown, do you know what URL composer uses to render the icons?

Alas, the schema merge process we use to determine the list of installed components does not return the iconUrl field. I will see if we can get this added.

In the meantime, I will adjust the code to NOT use the current PackageIcon field, which is assumes the file is present locally.
