add integration test for stats generation #923
Description
currently there are no tests, thus multiple issues went through to live during the last months. Some of these issues will be fixed in #920 but for further development having accurate tests seems crucial.
Issues already fixed with #920 :
- agreement calculation was wrong
- unnamed columns made it through to the final csvs

Hey!
I wanted to ask if Issue #923 (Add integration test for stats generation) is still available to work on? Also, is it okay if I use AI tools for help as long as I write and review everything myself?
