Generated IDs are unchanged from v4.2.0, and the minimum Go version stays 1.21.

DefaultEncoder.Decode is 7x faster than in v4.2.0 (177ns to 25ns), and NewWithNamespace allocates once instead of five times (200 B to 24 B).
