Cannot ctrl+c/interrupt mise while downloading tools

As per title. Doing ctrl+c does nothing; I have to kill the terminal process manually to stop a download.

Thanks for the quick reply! After a bit more testing on my end, seems like it's specific to mise.toml:

• mise i ...: Works fine
• mise exec node ...: Works fine

Reproduction:

• Create a new project

• Add a mise.toml:

  [tools]
  node = "22.17.0" # Or some other version that's not installed
  
  [tasks.repro]
  run = "sleep 5"

• Trust the config if needed

• mise run repro: It tries to download Node 22.17.0 and can't be interrupted

Update: Thanks for the quick fix in #8571! Updating to v2026.3.9 and will fix the issue.
