Use canonical organization GitHub release, appcast, support and repository destinations. Preserve the signing identities and the separate, unavailable Homebrew tap.
The required CI also exposed two partial-refresh test fixtures whose fixed dates had aged beyond the 30-day retention window. Those fixtures now use a recent relative timestamp while retaining their freshness, balance and history assertions.

Validation
Head:
03ebb5cd67d98407e0362cf1ebb834ea1fc40cd6. Mac release-script fixture suites passed on Mini and Air. The required current-head Build and Test run passed native Xcode tests and its function-risk coverage gate. XML/plist and shell syntax checks passed.A supplementary run on Air stalled in the existing Keychain integration test and was stopped after the full CI suite passed; no keychain setting was changed. The canonical appcast currently returns 404, as did the previous feed; this PR does not publish a feed or a release. Current-head Codex review remains a merge gate. SFL is paused and the exact codexbar repository is excluded.
