Description
Install signed rc29 and repair two partial-refresh history fixtures that had aged beyond the actual 30-day retention window. Use fresh relative timestamps while preserving component/value/time assertions. Unwrap the expected snapshot so a failed assertion produces test diagnostics instead of crashing the test host.
Validation
The actual failing Mac CI log identifies these expired fixtures and subsequent array-index crashes. Source and retention-boundary checks pass on mini; the required macOS native build, tests and function-risk checks must pass on this final head. No Linux Mac-build result is claimed.
