Xcode Organizer: clicks that open or close a sheet report unknown (retry_safety unsafe) although they took effect #243

In Xcode 26's Organizer (Archives window), background desktop_click on a button that opens or dismisses the Distribute sheet returns unknown with retry_safety: unsafe, even though the click worked every time:

• Distribute App (opens the sheet): unknown. The next desktop_inspect showed the sheet open at "Select a method for distribution".
• Cancel in the sheet (closes it), twice: unknown both times. The sheet was gone afterwards.

Buttons inside the sheet that only change its page (Next, Previous, Distribute) returned completed, with a fresh snapshot.

The unknown costs an extra inspect each time. Since the result says unsafe to retry, an agent that trusts it can't tell whether to click again. It looks as if the readback fails when the window's sheet appears or disappears.

Repro: open any .xcarchive in Xcode (Organizer window), inspect it, desktop_click "Distribute App", then inspect and desktop_click "Cancel".
