Agent Documentation Update

Findings

Area Issue File(s)
accuracy src/safe_outputs/assign_work_item.rs implements the assign-work-item safe output (documented in docs/safe-outputs.md and registered in src/safe_outputs/mod.rs), but was missing from the safe_outputs/ architecture tree listing in AGENTS.md AGENTS.md

Applied Fixes

  • Added assign_work_item.rs entry to the src/safe_outputs/ tree in AGENTS.md, in alphabetical order matching the actual file listing

Notes

Verified by diffing ls src/safe_outputs/*.rs against the file entries parsed out of AGENTS.md's architecture tree — this was the only discrepancy found. Cross-checked that assign-work-item is already correctly documented in docs/safe-outputs.md and wired in src/safe_outputs/mod.rs, so only the AGENTS.md index needed updating.

Closing as a duplicate of #1916, the canonical PR for the same assign_work_item.rs AGENTS.md architecture-tree correction.
