Remove project confirms, then refuses when the project still has channels #616

Description

@iamnbutler

Removing a project that still has a channel asks for confirmation with the same wording as an empty project, then fails.

What was seen

  • Channels ⋯ → Remove project… on a project with one channel showed the usual dialog ("Ace forgets the project. Its files and lanes stay in …"). After Remove project, a toast said "Could not remove project" / "This project still has a channel, counting archived ones. Delete it first."
  • A live channel's menu has no Delete. The tester had to archive it, open Archived, right-click and Delete, then remove the project again. The toast doesn't say where Delete is.
  • The project picker shows each row's ✕ (Remove) beside the name, visible on the focused first row as soon as the menu opens. On Canary 0.0.51.85 two clicks on b-sandbox in the picker opened "Remove b-sandbox?" instead of selecting it. That may be how Desktop Tools sends background clicks, but one more click removes the project.

Steps

  1. Open a folder, create a channel in it.
  2. Channels ⋯ → Remove project… → Remove project.

Expected: the dialog says up front that the project has N channels and they must be deleted first, or offers to archive and delete them; the picker's ✕ isn't the first thing under the pointer.

Rig: web (0.0.53 code); the picker click on mac (Canary 0.0.51.85).

Map: ^347, ^348, ^337.
