A teammate's agent run doesn't say who started it or whose Mac and key ran it #601

Description

@iamnbutler

When a teammate invokes @ace in someone else's channel, the run doesn't say who started it, whose Mac it ran on, or whose key paid for it.

What was seen

A invoked @ace in Sam's b-chan (agent access on). The run worked in 4 seconds, but:

  • The run card shows only "claude-opus-5-5" and "Worked for 4 seconds, ran 3 tool calls". It doesn't name the person who asked, the Mac (nate16-1) or whose account paid. Cost is shown only per channel in details: "Tokens 57.2K · Estimated cost $0.11".
  • The owner (B): "The run card doesn't say who triggered it, that it ran on my Mac or as me, or whose key paid. The only link to A is that it sits under A's message."
  • The b-sandbox Dashboard's Team pulse said "samechocolixir #b-chan … Finished in #b-chan" for A's run, crediting the run to the channel owner.
  • The guest's Agent access tooltip reads "…which run commands as you on this machine…". For a guest, "you" and "this machine" are the wrong person and Mac.

Steps

  1. Owner turns agent access on; a teammate on another Mac sends "@ace list the files in this repo".
  2. Both read the run card and the project's Dashboard → Team pulse; the teammate hovers Agent access.

Expected: the run names who asked and runs as the owner on the owner's Mac and key. Team pulse credits the person who asked. The tooltip is written for whoever reads it ("as samechocolixir on nate16-1").

    Still on Canary 0.0.53.88 (2026-10-22 pair missions). A teammate's ace ask b-chan … ran on the owner's Mac and key with no notice to the owner, and the chat's cost isn't split by asker (tokens 117.8K → 138.3K in one total). On the owner's dashboard Team pulse credits the run to the owner ("samechocolixir #b-chan … Finished in #b-chan"), and a dashboard of the owner's own project shows nothing of a teammate's work in it.
