Could a maintainer update this PR branch from current main and rerun CI, please? This request is limited to updating and validating PR #5218; it does not request a merge or any other preset submission.

The failing CI attempt checked out merge commit 86551a2b097ba4710a54c6e6bd290edcbea44249, based on aef5e3782f4984f15be0a8a8c322fa8df297f659. It therefore lacks the fix already merged in #5219 (316dcae73af523c32f0969fba920dcbab7c1203d), which removes the duplicate process_registered_command() call.

I have automated reproduction evidence: the seven tests in tests/test_registered_command_hook.py produce the same three failures on both that unchanged base and the tested PR merge. Suppressing only the duplicate call in process memory makes all seven pass. Reproduction used macOS/Python 3.14.10; the failing CI used Ubuntu/Python 3.14.9. No full-suite pass is claimed. This PR changes only catalog metadata and the community preset overview.

The contributor account hindermath has read-only repository access; its expected-head-bound update-branch request was rejected with HTTP 404. The PR head remains 7c3d9bed52454be15b1b5a16ba31ca91cf16e538. Re-running that old tested revision alone would retain the defect.
