Copilot research in the parent Epic and sibling Feature work items indicates some level of support for API docs, at least in Rust and in Java.
This work item asks the assignee to create a PR that updates the top level README.md so that the existing table "## Available SDKs" has a new column, "API docs". For each language, the cell in that column, at that row, must have a hyperlink whose text is "API docs" and whose link value is the "latest" style link for that language.
Just do Java and Rust for now.
For other languages, make an empty cell.
The table must render correctly.
