@github/copilot/sdk private API?

Dear Team,
I was wondering if @github/copilot/sdk is considered private? I naively tried to use it but copilot API didn't like that at all :D Seems it thought I'm trying to scrape the website and of course I want to make sure to not get banned ;) So before proceeding with try & error and maybe accidentally violating ToS, I thought I'd reach out here

The SDK is currently super experimental and subject to change at any time. We'd like to eventually get to a place where we can publicly document it, but we would not recommend depending on it or using it at all in its current stage!
