The first entry (introduced 5.0.0) has no upper bound in the OSV range; its bound
< 6.0.0is kept only in last_known_affected_version_range. Scanners that evaluate the ranges therefore report every release from 5.0.0 on as affected, including 6.8.12 and later and 7.0.35 and later, which the other two entries mark as fixed. The 5.x line has no patched release; its last release is 5.6.2. This change encodes the entry as>= 5.0.0, <= 5.6.2(last_affected 5.6.2) and leaves the 6.x and 7.x entries unchanged.
