v0.7.0 (proxy.golang.org, 2022-08-28) is tagged on the merge commit of the fix, PR #7 (2b26380), and contains its slice-length checks in the decoder. The patched version is therefore 0.7.0 rather than 0.7.1; this change sets it accordingly.
