Prisma CLI major bump breaks tests
High Severity
Bumping the prisma CLI to 7.10.1 while leaving @prisma/client at 6.15.0 is an incompatible major-version split. Prisma 7 rejects url on the schema datasource, requires prisma.config.ts, and emits a different client. Cloudflare prisma generate and the unpinned Prisma v6 node suite will fail setup.

Prisma CLI and client versions diverge
High Severity
The prisma CLI is now 7.10.1 while @prisma/client stays at 6.15.0. Prisma 6 suites generate with the workspace CLI against schemas and PrismaClient setup that Prisma 7 rejects, so those tests fail.
