da.Client was an abstraction to help with supporting many different forms of DA. as we are only supporting celesita and local-da we should opt to only use the DA interface
agree, the flow would need to change slightly. but right now da client is a simple wrapper with error handling. not sure why we couldnt get that into DA or create something new ot match both
sorry we are talking about two different things. this issue is focused around the feature/exec_api that is the rewrite of the system. what is on main and all the repos dont matter anymore

core/da, still prefer the former.Maybe could also remove
ResultSubmitandResultRetrieve, but not sure
