Currently `FullNode` is ABCI-centric. We can remove many components, like: - `genesis` and `genChunks` - `proxyApp` - `eventBus` - `mempool`,`mempoolIDs` and `mempoolReaper` - `client` - `TxIndexer`, `BlockIndexer` and `IndexerService` - getters corresponding to metioned fields
