Wrong parsing of vietnamese names

Hi guys it seems that the parser does not work with vietnamese names where Nguyen would be the last name.

Vietnamese names read correctly with FAMILY_FIRST_GIVEN_LAST.

Vietnamese puts the family name first and the given name last, which is a different order from the family-first one Chinese and Japanese use. 2.0 added a constant for exactly that shape:

Nguyễn lands in family, which is what this issue reports.

Read given_names, not given. The split within the rest is positional, so given comes back as 'Khai' and middle as 'Thị Minh'. A two-syllable given name like Minh Khai is not recognized as a unit, because nothing in the string marks where the given name begins. given_names is given + middle, which for a Vietnamese name is everything that is not the family name, and it stays correct whatever the internal boundary does.

middle_as_family is not the switch for this, in case it looks like it: it merges middle into family, giving 'Thị Minh Nguyễn'. There is no way to turn the middle slot off, and no need for one.

This is not automatic and cannot be. Vietnamese is written in the Latin alphabet, so nothing about the script says the name is family-first — the same reason romanized Chinese needs a declaration (#83). Parse each source with the parser that matches it.
