Add a way to edit named queries from an external editor

Description

I think it can be helpfull to have:

1. An ability to edit named quieries in my \editor (f.ex. vim): with \n familly command - maybe \ne
2. I would like to skip the named query show at the top when I'm running it - I want only the results - I have big queries and I need to scroll them every time. It can be via config vile parameter.

That part has been implemented (623633a) with a new hide_named_query_text option. It's yet to be released.

The other requested feature (being able to edit named queries from an external editor) could be interesting. It's not been implemented yet. Contributions are welcome! :)
