This issue has gone stale due to dependency on ongoing structural changes in how task and workspace data are handled.
To fully integrate the UI with the new endpoints, we’d need to fetch workspace data to display workspace status in the task list. However, doing so could introduce performance issues — particularly because fetching workspace data for every task would result in many parallel requests — and the effort might be wasted if upcoming UI requirements change.
Fortunately, PR #20212 aims to unify workspace and task status into a single field, which would make retrieving workspace data unnecessary for the task list view. Once that PR is merged, this issue can be safely unblocked and implemented with better performance and less risk of rework.
In summary, it’s best to wait until the related PR is merged before moving forward.
