[Bug] android warning popup pops UNDER, so not visible #5632

Summary

This android build warning popup pops up under the eclipse IDE, so it's not visible or obvious that
some action is required. From the window I'm staring at, it looks like some process called "android device"
is started and taking forever to complete.
