fix: pass invalidate option in delete_derived_resources

Brief Summary of Changes

delete_derived_resources built its request params as a literal object containing only
derived_resource_ids[], so options like invalidate never reached the API. The option was
passed to call_api only as the options argument, which is used for auth, URL building
and timeouts, not as request params.

This change forwards invalidate with pickOnlyExistingValues, the same way
delete_derived_by_transformation already does.
