Repository navigation
feat(frontend): match the mobile app's sessions sheet and session header - #462
Brings the PWA in line with the native app's navigation and session header (ocmgr-mobile e7c6c01, 4306644, 21c6b5d, 7235662, f9fd516 and open PR #44).
Sessions sheet replaces the repos sheet (SessionPickerSheet, SessionPickerDialog, useSessionPickerRouteScope)
The mobile tab bar's Repos tab becomes Sessions and opens a 90dvh bottom sheet with Activity, Sessions and Projects tabs. The More drawer row and, on phones, /sessions / /resume / /continue and the sessions shortcut open the same sheet.
The picker body is shared with the desktop session dialog. The collapsed desktop sidebar opens that dialog instead of the old sheet.
Tapping the selected Sessions tab toggles This project / All sessions (Ctrl+A still works). Search sits beside a server switcher (sheet only) and a + that starts a session in the current repo, or adds a repository on the Projects tab. Project rows get their own + or a Not ready label.
With a linked server selected the sheet lists that server's sessions and projects. useSessionsAcrossDirectories now runs for an all-directories query with no directory list, which a linked server without a project route needs.
Sheet navigation replaces the ?mobileTab= entry, so Back returns to the page the sheet opened from.
RepoQuickSwitchSheet and the server switcher's sheet variant are removed.
Pressing the title opens Session details: title, server (Local or the linked server), project, branch and directory, wrapping instead of truncating. Rename happens inline with Cancel and Save; blank titles are blocked, the sheet can't be dismissed while saving, and failures show inline. /rename keeps its regenerate behaviour.
Linked-server sessions show a server icon before the project name and now show their branch from vcs.get. The VCS query is a shared hook used by the remote project page and source control.
Child sessions show a Parent session pill in place of the subtitle; the header-left Parent button is gone.
A banner under the header says live updates are paused while the stream reconnects (not on first load).
Header.EditableTitle and EditSessionTitleDialog are removed.
Context usage on the model pill (PromptInput, ModelQuickSelect, lib/contextUsage)
The composer's model pill shows variant · usage tinted at 50% and 80%, with a 2px meter along its bottom edge. The model picker gains a context strip with used / limit tokens and a Compact action that runs the existing /compact path.
The header context indicator is removed.
Linked server projects (RemoteProjectList, RemoteProjectNav)
Ordered and labelled by time.active, falling back to time.updated.
A failed refetch keeps the cached list instead of replacing it with an error.
Not included: native-only pull-to-refresh fixes (mobile #45), and query cache persistence / offline session restore (mobile #46, #47), which are planned as a separate PR.

Code follows project style (no comments, named imports)
The mobile tab bar's Repos sheet becomes a Sessions sheet with Activity, Sessions and Projects tabs, matching the mobile app. The picker body is shared with the desktop session dialog, the scope toggles by tapping the selected Sessions tab, and the header adds new-session, add-repo and server controls. The collapsed desktop sidebar opens the session dialog instead of the old sheet.
Pressing the session title opens a details sheet with server, project, branch and directory and inline rename. Linked-server sessions show a server icon and their branch, child sessions show a parent session pill, a banner marks paused live updates while the stream reconnects, and the header context indicator is removed now that usage lives on the model pill.
It looks like this branch is under active development. To avoid overwhelming you with review comments due to an influx of new commits, CodeRabbit has automatically paused this review. You can configure this behavior by changing the reviews.auto_review.auto_pause_after_reviewed_commits setting.
The changes add a shared session picker for desktop and mobile, display context usage in model controls, add session details and connection status, centralize remote project and VCS queries, and update project naming, ordering, and error handling.
Changes: Shared session picker
Layer / File(s)
Summary
Picker panel and session actions frontend/src/components/session/SessionPickerDialog.tsx, frontend/src/components/session/SessionPickerSheet.tsx, frontend/src/components/session/ProjectPickerContent.tsx, frontend/src/hooks/useSessionPicker*.ts, frontend/src/hooks/useOpenCode.ts
The shared panel supports local and remote sessions and projects, project scope, session creation, repository addition, and navigation. Empty-directory all-session queries are enabled.
Desktop and mobile picker hosts frontend/src/components/navigation/*, frontend/src/hooks/useMobileTabBar.ts
Desktop and mobile navigation open a session picker. The mobile tab changes from Repos to Sessions, and the repository quick-switch sheet is removed.
Context usage in model controls
Layer / File(s)
Summary
Usage data and formatting frontend/src/lib/contextUsage.ts, frontend/src/hooks/useContextUsage.ts, frontend/src/components/session/ContextUsageMeter.tsx
Context usage includes the model context limit. Helpers format token counts and accessible labels and select usage tones. A reusable meter is added, and the session-level context indicator is removed.
Model picker usage and compaction frontend/src/components/message/PromptInput.tsx, frontend/src/components/message/ComposerModelPill.tsx, frontend/src/components/model/ModelQuickSelect.tsx
Prompt input passes usage and compaction state to the model picker. Model controls display usage when available, and the picker can invoke the optional Compact callback.
Session details and connection status
Layer / File(s)
Summary
Session details and rename flow frontend/src/components/session/SessionDetailsSheet.tsx, frontend/src/components/ui/bottom-sheet.tsx, frontend/src/components/ui/header.tsx
A responsive session details view shows metadata and supports title edits. Pending edits block dismissal. The header no longer exposes inline editable titles.
Session header and reconnecting status frontend/src/pages/SessionDetail.tsx, frontend/src/components/session/ReconnectingBanner.tsx
The session header shows project and branch information, parent-session navigation, and an action to open session details. A reconnecting banner replaces the context usage indicator.
Project names use trimmed titles or directory names. Lists sort by activity time, falling back to update time, and keep cached data after failed refetches.
VCS query hook and consumers frontend/src/hooks/useVcsInfo.ts, frontend/src/components/source-control/RemoteSourceControlContent.tsx, frontend/src/pages/RemoteProject.tsx, frontend/src/pages/SessionDetail.tsx
The useVcsInfo hook fetches VCS information by directory and server. Remote project, source-control, and remote session views use the hook.
Bottom sheet behavior
Layer / File(s)
Summary
Dialog semantics and focus handling frontend/src/components/ui/bottom-sheet.tsx, frontend/src/components/ui/progress.tsx
The bottom sheet uses Radix Dialog primitives and explicit focus handling. The Progress component accepts optional indicator classes and test IDs.
Some branch labels can lag after switching, and sessions in nested remote projects can show or use the parent project. These bounded issues merit fixes or owner acceptance before merging; mobile Activity rows now navigate to their owning server.

Explanation
The title "feat(frontend): match the mobile app's sessions sheet and session header" names the two main changes: the Repos tab replaced by a Sessions sheet, and the session header rework. The changeset matches both, including SessionPickerSheet, SessionPickerDialog, SessionDetailsSheet, and the removal of EditableTitle. It does not mention the context-usage move to the model pill or the linked-server project ordering, but the title does not need to cover every detail.

🎯 Functional Correctness | 🟠 Major | ⚡ Quick win
Use the row's serverId when selecting a remote session.
handleSelectRemoteSession ignores the second argument that SessionPickerPanel supplies. It navigates with remoteServerId, the sidebar-selected server.
The Activity tab (ActivePickerContent) lists work from all servers. openRow calls onSelectRemoteSession(row.session, row.serverId). Two failures follow:
When the sidebar selects the local server, remoteServerId is undefined. The handler returns early. Tapping a remote activity row does nothing.
When the sidebar selects server A and the row belongs to server B, the sheet navigates to /servers/A/sessions/<id>. This is the wrong server.
DesktopSidebar uses the passed serverId correctly. Do the same here and remove remoteServerId (Line 22).

Invalidate VCS info after branch changes.
useVcsInfo stays fresh for 60 seconds. The branch-switch path updates repository and Git-status caches, but it does not invalidate the VCS-info query. The SSE handler also does not process VCS changes. Add targeted invalidation or refetch after a branch change.

Activity rows from linked servers now open on the row's own server.
Rename ignores Enter during IME composition.
Ctrl+A only toggles the session scope when the scope is available.
The session title button sits inside the heading and its accessible name includes the title.
useVcsInfo drops the added 60s staleTime, restoring the previous behaviour (the cited branch-switch path is for local repos, which do not use this query).

Scope the project directory to the selected server.
When the picker is open on server B's project route and the user selects server A, the route stays on B while the picker provider switches to A. useSessionPickerRouteScope still passes B's directory to A's session query. The picker can therefore show sessions from the wrong project.

Remove the unattached dialog ref, but keep the fine-pointer guard.
searchInputRef is never attached, so its fine-pointer focus branch is a no-op. The unconditional replacement would add a desktop DialogContent focus step before the panel’s requestAnimationFrame focus. Keep the coarse-pointer behavior and retain useMediaQuery and FINE_POINTER_MEDIA_QUERY, which the panel still uses.

Select the most specific matching remote project.
If a parent project and a nested project both contain sessionDirectory, find() selects whichever appears first. useRemoteProjects sorts by activity, so a recently active parent can supply the wrong header name and projectDirectory to SessionPickerDialog. …nd stabilize the model pill
Sheet, desktop rail and session-page dialog resolve the same canonical remote project, reuse the page's session cache and hold the all-directories search while it resolves. Deleting the open session keeps ?repoTab=. Context usage keeps its identity between streaming flushes so ModelQuickSelect skips re-renders, the location prefetch waits for repo data, and dialog and bottom sheet share one return-focus hook. Picker route parsing, remote project query options and the local new-session button are shared.
… idle projects
OpenCode stamps project time.active whenever a location boots, and directory-scoped requests boot it, so the Manager's reconnect made every idle linked-server project look recently active. Remote projects are now ordered and labelled by their newest session's update time (one global session list per server), falling back to time.updated. Pending permission, form and shell lists, and the backend replay, only run for linked-server directories with running sessions, tracked pending work or the viewed route. The hard-coded status dot on remote project cards is removed.
…VCS info after branch changes
findRemoteProjectForDirectory now returns the longest matching canonical path, so nested linked-server projects attribute sessions to the innermost project. Switching, creating and renaming a local branch invalidate that directory's VCS info query, so branch labels refresh immediately.
