feat(frontend): hands-free voice conversation mode in the composer - #459
Conversation
The mic opens a voice loop that listens, sends on end of speech, reads each completed reply and reopens the mic when the agent is idle. The phase reducer, pause options and voice-mode instruction move to the shared package. TTS gains per-message completion and pause/resume. The old tap-and-drag recorder, its strip and its CSS are removed.

Report speech-to-text start and capture failures. The current error branch never runs.
This effect and Line 505 check stt.state === 'error'. useSTT never sets state to 'error'. It calls setState only with 'idle' and 'listening'. Errors set isError and error through flashError, or through the runStartupWithTimeout catch block. startCapture also ignores the boolean that startRecording returns.
Example: the user denies microphone permission, or the recognizer raises not-allowed or network. The phase stays listening, and the bar shows "Listening" and "Tap to send". The no-speech and max-turn timers do not start, because they require stt.isRecording. The user gets no error and no explanation. A tap only produces "Didn't catch that".
Use stt.isError as the error signal. Also handle a failed start directly.

…on mode Report STT start and capture failures instead of staying on Listening, treat a failed reading as an error, skip replies with no readable text, stop auto-play replaying a reply voice mode already read, focus the text box after Edit in text box, and strip think blocks before text reaches TTS.
Chrome raises its own no-speech error after a few seconds of silence and sometimes ends a recognition session by itself. While voice mode is endpointing, restart recognition transparently against one fixed no-speech deadline, send captured words when Chrome ends a session after speech, and bound restarts so a failing recognizer surfaces an error instead of leaving the bar on Listening.

End endpointing as pause when no-speech follows captured text.
When endpointing is active and Chrome reports no-speech after accumulatedTranscript() contains text, the error handler clears the inactivity timer, sets awaitingRestart, and returns. The subsequent restart schedules only the no-speech timer. That timer returns while finalTranscript exists, so no pause endpoint runs.
A later no-speech error or a blocked restart can call emitEndOfSpeech('no-speech') with "hello". useVoiceConversation.handleEndOfSpeech discards finalText for that reason, so the spoken turn is lost.
End as pause before restarting when accumulated text exists. Also prevent emitEndOfSpeech from reporting no-speech with non-empty text, including interim text handled by the deadline timer.
