Changes security-review authorization to use the pull request author's live calculated
block/buzzrepository permission. Authors withwriteoradminaccess now run automatically. Read-only and outside contributors still require exact SHA-bound manual authorization from a Block organization member. This avoids relying on
author_association, which the Actions token reported incorrectly for a member-authored pull request. The repository permission check includes direct, team, organization, and enterprise grants and fails closed when the author is not a collaborator.Checked with
just ci,just security-review-check, andactionlint .github/workflows/codex-security-review.yml.
