Extends the Buzz CLI attachment path beyond images and videos so agents can return generated files such as .quill documents. Preserves image/video rendering, adds original filenames to imeta, renders other files as Markdown download links, enforces a 50 MB generic-file client cap, and preserves filename extensions when bounding long names.\n\nThis is required by bellomyinsightstech/buzz-jira-agent#13.\n\nLocal cargo fmt passes. The repository Hermit bootstrap currently fails on this Windows host and the installed linker lacks the Windows SDK kernel32.lib, so Rust tests and Clippy are delegated to upstream CI.
