- feat: Add hyp create ray-dashboard-connection command
- fix: Load K8s credentials for create ray-dashboard-connection through load_kubeconfig
Adds the hyperpod-ray-endpoint-operator helm chart including CRDs, RBAC, cert-manager templates, and manager deployment.
Enable the operator to create routes that direct traffic to custom dashboard ports on a RayCluster.
