Built-in strategy with override not yet supported in AgentCore memory

Description

AgentCore memory does not currently support using a built-in strategy with user-defined overrides. Users should be able to take a built-in strategy and customize specific aspects of its behavior.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Attempt to use a built-in memory strategy with custom overrides
2. Observe that there is no mechanism to override parts of a built-in strategy

Expected Behavior

Users should be able to select a built-in memory strategy and override specific configuration or behavior as needed.

Actual Behavior

Built-in strategies cannot be customized or overridden.
