[P0][CLI] agentcore deploy -y should get credentials from environment automatically

## Description
When running `agentcore deploy -y` on an agent that needs credentials, it should automatically get them from the environment and not ask for them. Otherwise, the command is still interactive.

## Dev Notes
This is for API Key, not AWS Creds.
