[P1][CLI] Non-interactive command requires interaction

Description

Commands that are supposed to be non-interactive still require interaction after the command runs.

Dev Notes

• Check other non-interactive flows to make sure you can run them truly non-interactively
• Help has to be more exhaustive and provide more information on how to use non-interactive mode

Yes I think this is good to close. The only thing we could do other wise is create better help messages. will create a p1 issue for that.
